It has been an invaluable experience.  Critical learning has taken place in relation to my stage of ministry.  After 20 years in ministry, the questions, concerns and issues are unique.  This group has been a rare treasure. (TMF participant)

TCC TRAINERS

MIKE MURRAY, after 12 years in the local Presbyterian pastorate, became a human relations trainer and church consultant in 1973.   Since that time he has conducted 100s of workshops in every state in the US and 16 overseas countries on a wide variety of topics. Mike has spoken to more than 300 secular groups of CEO's who use the TCC Model, thus observing a wide variety of methods and tactics that make the TCC experience effective.

DAVID DELAPLANE, founder of The Clergy Committee, retired from Inter-denominational and United Church of Christ pastorates after 50 years of ministry serving churches in Colorado and California.  He also directed a non-profit organization which educated clergy nationally on crime victim assistance, funded by the U. S. Department of Justice.  In 1993 he received the U. S. Presidential award for this work.  In October, 2007, on the 40th anniversary of Colorado Mountain College, he was honored as the "Father" of this state supported school with campuses in many mountain communities of Colorado including Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs and Leadville.

FREDRICKA BRECHT has been a CEO coach and Vistage group facilitator since 1999 and is currently working with 30 member companies. She has personal insight into many of her clients’ challenges as the result of her 25 years of prior management experience, last serving as founder and chief executive of an international branded products company which she built to $80 million in sales with operations in 10 countries and sales in 50.  Brecht serves on several for-profit and non-profit Boards. In addition to her work with CEO groups, she is the group facilitator for a clergy peer group in the Houston area and oversees the clergy peer group program for the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.

GORDON J. KIEFT, M.Div., M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.  Gordon is a retired Supervisor of Clinical Pastoral Education, have supervised clergy trainees in certified programs for over 12 years.  He has provided training and supervision for pastoral counseling and licensee trainees for over 20 years.  He has consulted with churches and companies and provided crisis intervention when needed.  He is an accredited facilitator trainer for the Healthy Congregations Leadership Training.
